Im currently in a bulking phase of my training and all is going well and i know my diet is great, but i eat my chicken and meat with alot of ketchup since its dry...what effects do sugar have on ur body and fat??? also is high fructose corn syrup worse then regular sugar? always have wanted to know...and also is natural sugars found in fruit a negative when trying to not gain fat?
anything and all help to figure this out would be great thanks!
