    Checkin' out gear...

Wassup everyone? I've been on the protein, creatine, and muli-vit thing for a while now. I'm not really impressed with that whole deal. I diet good and have very little body fat. I'm 23 y/o, 5'7", and weigh 155lbs. Body fat is at a minimal in my opinion, but could lose a bit more. I run 2 miles every morning and can't seem to shed that last little bit. I've been looking into starting a cycle b/c with the line of work I'm in I need all the strength I can pack into my body and with something I do on the side, I need that edge over my opponent and also the look to go with it. I've looked through the threads and this is so new to me I'm completely at a lost. I'll keep reading and hope I can figure this out. So many threads on first cycles and most of them say something different. Thanks for all the info that is on this site and any advice you guys have.

It is overwhelming at first. But just keep reading. There is a lot to learn.

Welcome to the forums. I'm new here myself and have learned SO MUCH since arriving. When I first came it was like reading Chinese with these weird names and numbers etc. After a short while it all starts making sense and you'll feel much more confident with everything.

Make sure to ask a TON of questions but don't ask for sources etc.
