    Sugar everywhere

Seems like even in whole grain tortillas, i'm finding 1g of sugar per serving, even though half the carbs come from fiber (very healthy). Also, sugar in my cottage cheese... Would 1g of sugar per serving cause that much of an insulin spike and hinder my diet?

thanks guys. Yeah I figured 1g wasn't a big deal, but that's per serving, so sometimes between 2 servings of the wheat tortilla and whatever else, i maybe consuming 2 - 3g of sugar in one meal.. But i looked pretty hard and there's no way to avoid the sugar even with other brands, so I don't really have a choice.
