What are the best fat loss vitamins out there, excluding the fat burners
ie - excluding yohimbine, cissus quadralingus (hydroxy cut), ephedra, ephdrine, muahjuang, clenbuteral, and other stimulants or thermogenics?
I was thinking of stacking the following:
Green Tea extract (1.5g/d)
Tonalin CLA (8g/day)
ALA alpha lipoeic acid (1.2g/day)
Acetyl-L-cranitine (5g/d)
I've been taking those at that dosage for about a week and I dont really have any side affects.
Anything I should add?
Any other supplements for suggestion?
