I did
cardio only a few months ago when i was just getting into training. The first week was ok and i was loosing weight but the second week i didn't loose and i looked like shit. You need to do weights. I do weights 4 days a week and 20mins low intensity cardio PWO. And extra cardio 6 days.
Cut naturally for a few weeks and then when you stop loosing start the clen. I have some clen and im itching to take it but i know if the diet and training isn't 100% i will get shit result with the clen.
