    Clen!

    Alright, my Clenbuterol had just arrived.

    I've got my entire cycle down, (2 Weeks on 2 Weeks off)
    for 6 weeks. I'm going to be purchasing benadryl for my off
    weeks, and taurine as well. I've got my diet with it down too.

    My only question now is before I get started, or even decide
    taking.. I want to know, do you think it's required to lift weights
    and do cardio? Or could I just do cardio?

    Yes, I'll be doing both as I know risks I could be taking. But do you
    think 60 minutes of cardio a day would suffice for my cardio? I'll also
    be doing weights as well.

    Just wondering :P

    I did cardio only a few months ago when i was just getting into training. The first week was ok and i was loosing weight but the second week i didn't loose and i looked like shit. You need to do weights. I do weights 4 days a week and 20mins low intensity cardio PWO. And extra cardio 6 days.

    Cut naturally for a few weeks and then when you stop loosing start the clen. I have some clen and im itching to take it but i know if the diet and training isn't 100% i will get shit result with the clen.

    I'm planning the same thing. Diet for probably 6 - 8 weeks naturally and then maybe start clen. Sorry for the highjack, but does anyone happen to know the shelf life of clen? I have some liquid clen that is a couple years old...

    I'm actually going to be doing natural dieting and training before I start too.
    I just want to have everything close to 100% for better results.

    I just want to get the best results so I'm waiting, I have the pill form.

    Is it possible that I can put them into a pill divider/bottle? I need somewhere
    else to have it in, so could I possibly put them into a different bottle without
    ruining them? Lol. Dumb question probably.

    the shelf life of liquid clen as far as I have noticed is at least good for 3 years. Probably longer as long as it is protected from sunlight and fluctuating or extreme temps.
