    Carbs and Rye bread

Some of you know from my other threads that i'm trying to shed a lot of fat and jamy has put me on a diet of 3000 cals with a 40/40/20 split (300g protein, 300g carbs, 67g fat). Below is basically what I'm eating on a regular basis. Question is though, I'm getting about 27% of my carbs from rye bread (23% from my pwo bagel, 20% from the wheat tortillas, and 18% from oats), which I usually have towards the end of the day. Is this a good carb? Also, is the timing of my carbs good at all? (Am I taking too many carbs for my last 2 meals?) Of the carbs I'm eating, I'm getting in between 60 - 65g of fiber a day (42g from the tortillas, 8g from oats, 6g from rye bread, and the rest from lettuce and the bagel). P.S. Lunch is actually my PWO meal. Thanks!

move the rye bread out of your last meal and add it somewhere else... carbs before bed lower gh levels..

i recall telling you to make your last meal a pro/fat...
