Pro/fats:
fish (salmon)
lean red meat
what do you think of lean cuts of steak and lamb for protein??
What type of beans for carbs?
What do you think of low fet cottage cheese?

i eat cottage cheese before bed...when i can afford to i will get caesin protein...

i personally dont eat cottage cheese.
I use beans when im maintaining, i use a four mix beans which combines for different beans and have that.
but most of my carbs come from oats/sweet pot/brown rice.
