I'm 20 years old and looking to start working out and having a good diet. I'm 5'9/145 pounds with a gut from being a lazy bum who does nothing but drink beer and play video games.
It's time to change this lifestyle as its getting me nowhere. I've been browsing the nutrition forum and hope to get as much info I can and put together something that will work well for me. My ideal build would probably be Ryan Reynolds in Blade Trinity (no homo). Basically I want to workout so I feel better about myself and look better.
It's going to be a long road but I'm ready to make some changes.
