Yer as u mite have guessed by the title im living in australia..dont get me wrong i love the place and always will but if givin the chance ill chokeslam every customs officer in this country..hmm anywayz ive benn weight training consistently for 4 years with the usual protein,creatine and glutamine aswell as eating like a horse and yeah i have gained alot of size but now i feel the need to take that extra step and get a little help if ya know what i mean which is why i decided to join this board..theres always something to learn no matter how much you think you know. I started lifting when i was 16 because ive just felt the need to be stronger and i guess it hasnt stopped.im my happiest when im lifting but i just feel the need to get bigger and bigger.when i first touched weights i had a goal set in my mind of what i wanted to achieve but for some reason the more and more i lift that goal just gets pushed further and further.nyway thought id write abit as i was doin nuthin else lol.peace
