    cant get enough cals....

    ok well at the moment i aim to get 300g protein, 100g carbs and 40-50g fat.

    milo's videos said i shud take in 100g carbs but i cant seem to get enough calories in... so wud it be ok if i raise it to 150-200 for those extra calories. i feel tired alot too so wud these extra carbs be OK???

    my question is, of that 300g of protein your getting, how much of that is from shakes? (the answer we all want is that it should be as little from shakes as possible, except PWO and casein at bedtime). what are your goals from your diet? to lose weight or to gain muscle?
