ok well at the moment i aim to get 300g protein, 100g carbs and 40-50g fat.
milo's videos said i shud take in 100g carbs but i cant seem to get enough calories in... so wud it be ok if i raise it to 150-200 for those extra calories. i feel tired alot too so wud these extra carbs be OK???
