Hey guys im a new member from australia let me tel you a bit bout myself
I'm 20 years old, 6 "2 ,192 pounds , ALL NATURAL ATM, been training for several years now but full on serious for prob about 1 year now with diet being pretty strict for about the last 9months.
My diet atm consists of
3 egg whites 1 egg + bowl of oats
2 hours later = Lean meat (either chicken, steak, kangaroo) with salad
2hours later= Lean meat (same as above) with serve of green vegetables and serve of rice
2hours later= Lean meat (same as above) with serve of green vegetables
2hours later= Lean meat (same as above) with serve of green vegetables as well as sweet potatoe
Before gym Protein shake + glutamine + creatine + 2 caffeine pills ( somedays)
After gym Protein Shake + glutamine + creatine
Dinner Lean meat (same as above) + mix of vegetables
Before bed (only some days) CASSEIN PROTEIN SHAKE
Diet is pretty much like that most days with lately a little snacks here and there
Now im very interested in trying my first cycle of WINSTROL for the summer just to get a bit more ripped and the hardened look... but after lots of research still a bit unsure as to what i should do/ what should be the right thing to do if i just want to put on a little more size but drop fat percentage even more ( currently at 12%)
Rough idea is as follows please leave comments on other ideas
6-7 weeks WINSTROL
and after reading heard a lot of joint point can be associated with WINNIE ONLY CYCLE so was thinking of the following
10-12 weeks either DECA or TEST PROP ( what ever you guys think is btter + need to know how much a day / week) leaning more towards test prop
6-7 weeks WINNIE 50ml everyday
and need advice of PCT using NOVELDEX or even if i need any PCT
MY GOAL IS TO PUT ON A LIL MORE SIZE/MASS BUT GET CUT UP MASSIVELY AND HAVE THE HARDENED LOOK...
PLEASE COMMENT AND GIVE ME IDEAS ON CYCLE AND IF ANY DIET CHANGES + any vitamins and other stuff i should take
