i have been inspired to get some random things out.

whether you like or dislike them... i dont care

i like them and thats what matters.

lets begin...


this is my sweat

it stings my eyes
it tickles the back of my legs
but its mine

it makes the bench slippery.
it stinks up my clothes
but its mine

it shows im working
it shows im lifting
it shows im running

sweat doesnt lie.
you dont sweat for no reason

its this heat.
that im building up.
with every rep.
every pound.

i rep out one more
and a few more drops fall

tracking my progress across the gym
marking my territory

this is my sweat
everyone wants to get big
but no one wants to get dirty

i get angry.

i ask myself how far i can take this

then build myself back up again

im married to the weights
to the gym

i did it to be better then you
to have a body of the gods

you can live your life
with your fast food
your evenings of tv shows

while i slave in the gym
while i force feed
while i go to bed early to get my rest

does it sound like a great life?
well its not

but at least im not average

what are we going to do about it?
well if your like the majority of the human race....
not a damn thing.

your gonna watch the news and shake your head at all the death and destruction
while you eat your tuna and oats

if we put the amount of dedication that we put into our bodies and lifestyles
into bettering the planet
maybe. just maybe. we'll make a difference

after all...
whats the point of building the perfect body
if you cant live on a perfect world?

i drink more water then my bladder can handle
i stick more pins in my body then Pinhead

i do it for a reason
its not a matter of sanity

for those who live this life are not sane
we do not enjoy the same things as normal people

sure we love good food. good booze and good sex. we like to travel. we like to relax.


but we cant always enjoy that good food and booze
(sex on the other hand we can enjoy that anytime)

we cant always travel.
not with the timing of our meals
with the timing of our shots

we cant always relax
not with that early morning empty stomach cardio
not with leg day tomorrow

its a life of aches and pains
its a life of give and take
you give your time, energy, LIFE to these goals of yours.
