    Nutrition timing question

I am on 6 iu ed of jins. 3 shortly after rising, 3 in the afternoon.

I take 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup eggwhite, 2 scoops whey, one cup milk as a pre wo shake upon rising, then my gh about 45 minutes later and go straight to work out. I am getting sick to my stomach everyday.

Today I skipped the shake and all was great. Like old times when I was upbeat pumped up and no stomach issues. I could even do my post wo shake when normally I am too upset to handle anything.

Am I going to be ok not having a pre wo shake from now on? I am fixing to start an aas cycle as well, but I have to take the gh at those times, and I have to work out at those times.

    THanks.

dont know if this will help but i kinda have the same problem as you. if i blend a shake or skake a shake, it has way to much air in it and kills my stomach and makes me feel like im gonna ralf for a couple hours. so now i buy the premixed shakes and i have no problems.

Peter thanks. The shake has been my standard shake at the same time for about a year now and the only difference is the gh. So I guess I am trying to figure out if it is ok to skip the shake and just wait until post time for a shake. I know that most receptors are in the stomach for gh and I am sure that has something ot do with it. I maybe should post this in the supplement and diet section instead.

carbs interfer with GH. try doing GH on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before your morning shake.

Gh brings first about insulin-resistence, wich brings about hyperglycemia.
