    Liquid egg white vs egg white powder??

    as the title says...

    which one would you choose and why??

    I too am interested in this. I have always done liquid because it seems that the nutrients may have been messed with while being processed into powder.

    its more to do with price for me and ease of storeing LOL...someone should no something..if the liquid is superior then ill get that but if the same al go for the powder..

    liquid eggs are the way to go, un proccessed in my opinion thats better.

    either would be fine, the difference is just that the powder is dehydrated, and you are rehydrating it when you add water, the liquid egg whites are going to have some phytonutrients and such that the powder probably lacks but that's about it

    depends, you couldn't match the nutritional value for a whole egg because the powder doesn't contain the yolk

    But would'nt to just add egg whites? to a shake because yolks cholestoral content?

    i just go liquid egg whites, meaning straight from egg before anyone has played with it hehe.
