Here is my exact diet for the next 12-20 weeks! You might not like some of the foods on here or the way it is laid out, but this works good for me.
I like white rice becasuse brown rice makes my stomach act up
Everyting else is good to go! I will take in 300g of protein a day! That is about 1.2g per pound of bodyweight! I do not believe anyone really needs over 1 gram per pound I am jjust going on the safe side of that!
