Guys I am 29 6'3 205 and I played college ball back in the day. Been off cycles for awhile and recently was given a bottle of cypionate from the old doc. Its been a very long time since I was on all this stuff and I am wanting help on a good routine to take this.
I fight here in my home town and drop from 200 to 170 every fight. What i want to know what is a good way to take this to not get to much bigger but use it in a good way. I do alot of cardio/plyo/kick boxing/ and small wieghts
