    EVOO vs Fish Oil

Can I just pick one to supplement with, or do they each have their own unique benefits such that incorporating them both into my arsenal is worthwhile?

Both are good, I think if you had to just pick one, fish oil would be better but a lot of people will actually use EVOO, Fish Oil as well as Almond Oil, Walnut Oil, and Macadamia Oil (Always using fish oil daily then rotating between the other oils as needed per daily macros).

I've heard this before too, why is it important? Does the body build a tolerance?

well you want to maintain a good ratio. People in their diets get too much ***** 6 and not enough ***** 3's. by rotating them you allow for a sufficient ratio.

Good advice guys. Too much *****-6's can also increase the risk of inflammation in the arteries. *****-3's have many other health benefits such as stablizing heart rhythms, increasing hdl's, therefore indireclty lowering ldl's and vldls, and act as a mild blood thinner.

Do not cook with EVOO, I dont care who says they do it, it oxidizes and denatures the bonds...thats why it changes colour and can smoke at high heat.

Fish oil and EVOO are completely different...I wrote a thread on oils not long ago you may want to read to get a better understanding.
