Whats up guys

ok here is my situation in on a deployment in a remote part of Afghan and having a diet issue. The only food retally available is what the cook makes every day minus stuff we get mailed out here. He only cooks 2 meals a day and was wondering if I could make a good diet outta this somehow.

I got some whey protein on the way so i can haave a somewhat good intake of protein everyday as well as some protein bars to have for a mid meal snack if you will. But anyone who has some suggestions would be appreciated. Thanx guys and I know I dont know shit but ive been trying to research as much as possible its a biotch though cuz the computers are slow as hell thanx guys.
