28% body fat
i have been out of the gym for 24 months
i have lost a lot of muscle and gained a lot of fat about 20%
i have recently got my diet straight and gotten a regular routine in the gym
my workouts are lower weights higher reps and a lot of cardio
should i get myself put back together before i look at aas help or is their a stack to help me get started
i started an eca stack today . 1 stermerex(25 mg ephedra 200 mg caffiene and one babby asprin 3x daily
i am looking into t-3 and anavar
does anyone have any suggestions
diet
protien shake 30 grms and 1/4 cup oatmeal
can of tunna
protien shake
40g protien (tunna or chicken) and 1/2 cup brown rice
protien shake
also post workout shake
30 g protien flax oil and glutamine
30 min cardio every day(run, oliptical, stairs)
