new to the site, looking to get in shape.
my stats are as follows:
AGE: 18
HEIGHT: 6FT
WEIGHT: 175LBS
BF: 16%-18%
TRAINING: on and off started at 16, trained a yr soild, then got lazy valued drinking and smoking more than my bod. been training now for around 7month, im back into the game
my goals are simple, bf= 10-12% weight 200lbs if poss.
Think ill be posting my diet up and letting u lads tear it to peices haha.
