    New guy considering cycle

    I'm 27 I've been working out since high school, and I'm thinking about my first cycle, I'm guessing bf% is around 12-14% maybe you guys have more input on this. I've done a lot of research and reading on here and was thinking on a Test E cycle, I want another 15lbs of lean mass and I'll be happy.

    decent base. Will probably gain your 15lbs pretty easy. Work on your lats though.

    I have very uneven lat development as you can see, my current back routine is

    PULLUPS 3 sets
    PULLDOWNS 3 sets
    SEATED ROW 3 sets
    T BAR ROW 2 sets

    I'm trying to add some width, what should I do to try and even out the size difference between left and right?

    weight
    bodyfat I am guessing 10-11%

    What do you have for PCT planned?

    your gains will depend mostly on your diet and training

    5'9 177lbs, as far Nolvadex and clomid. Not really 100% on the length of the cycle and whether I should go Test E only or use something like T bol to start. Any advice is appreciated.

    no matter what cycle you do - test is almost always the foundation of any cycle.

    tbol/dbol/winny only=bad idea....

    imo, start with possibly 400mg a week of test e (divided up into 2 shots, as test e is normally 200mg/ml) and see how it goes. ONLY test E.... nothing else. keep it simple, see how your body deals with it. the last thing you want to do, is jam in 3 compounds, and have problems - because then it becomes a game of figuring out what your problem is, or which compound is causing the issue.

    make sure you have enuff for a full cycle (12 weeks, so 24 cc)
    and make sure you have pct on hand even before you start....you dont wanna endup a few weeks away from coming off cycle, and find you cant get your nolva/clomid on time.

    other than that, diet will be a HUGE factor in how you do..HUGE. more so then when you're off.

    a bad diet on cycle can lead to extra water and fat retention, and also hinder quality gains if your intake isn't enough to support your day, your training, and your repair/rest.
