    lose fat build mucle

    i am looking to lose sum fat but also galin mucles will i still gain mucles on a cutting dieti i also hav my protean and creatine. ant sugetions

    You should give your stats first. If your bf isn't very high, you won't cut and gain in the same time. Choose one!

    higher the dody fat the easier it is to do this, when you get lower it gets tougher to do
