    Can't seem to get cut

Guys i know you probably had these questions answered a million time before but i i coulnd't find the right threads with all the answers i'm looking for. I gain weight REALLY easy with or without steroids. Test makes me gain weight incredibly easy even on a strick diet. i started the cycle for about 2 and a half weeks but i was starting to look so round that i had to stop. Not to mention my face that started to look like the moon. I work out real hard and do cardio everyday. My last cycle was Winstrol 50mg EOD along with Tren A EOD 100mg. It did not have the results i expected. i take lean protein shake and have a pretty good workout routine. I just can't seem to get lean and cut. I've even tried Clen in the past. I'd love to be able to take some Test but i;m afraid of getting fat or full of water. Any suggestions? I just wanna look lean and cut. Not skinny if you know what i mean. Muscular but lean. HELP???

You said that you started a Test cycle and quit after 2 1/2 weeks cause you where starting to look too full... Dude! You didn't even run it long enough to notice the good effects of the Test. You gotta get your diet in check and you will be able to cut. That is it. No more, no less! Diet diet diet. Go hit up the diet section of the site and post up your stats, goals and sample diet along with your training and they will rip it apart and get you going in the right direction.

sry. i was checking the diet section and i guess i was just starving myself. i would try to eat as less as i could and when i did it was chicken, boiled eggs, vegetables and things like that. i've tried a few diets before but i just never had a lot of success losing weight. i didn't run any test with the winstrol and tren but i didn't feel any problems with libido and such. the thing is that i was gaining so much weight with the test even in the begginning that i just got scared and stopped. should i give the test one more try and if so which one should i get?? Also is HGH a good option? thanks for the help guys

    160 pounds.
Do not know body fat ( but not nearly as lean as i'd like to look)
This is my third cycle. First the test which i stopped then i did a winstrol only cycle ( oil based 100mg EOD) which i got good results, then this third cycle (winstrol 50mg EOD + tren A 100mg EOD). after i stopped the test i used formadrol as a pct and i'm currently taking vitamin b6 everyday ( about 600mg) to avoid tren gyno.

Ahhhhh OH my! Dude!!!! You are screwing yourself! I don't know where I want to start... Do you realize that you should be running Test with the Winny and Tren? ...If you are too scared to gain weight then WTF are you using steroids? You CAN cut with diet alone. The steroids will help you to keep muscle that you have while dieting down, but they will not be the magic bullet that melts away your fat. It really is easy to figure out, but if you are not a dedicated individual you will fail. It sounds to me like you are wanting a short cut and are too much of a pu55y to commit to putting in some hard work and will power to do it the way it needs to be done. Put down your protein bars, burgers and soda and clean your act up! Go back to the diet section and figure this out! Then grow some balls and hit it hard!

thank you for the honesty but if that was the case i wouldn't even be asking for advice. i just have a really hard time losing weight. i do 40 minutes of cardio everyday and i've been lifting weight for about 2 years. i have a great amount of muscle but i'm just looking to get that lean and shredded look if u get my drift. i do eat well. trust me. i'm not trying to waste anybody's time if that's what u think. i understand your point of view and i'm not expecting miracles but it seems to run in the family too. most of my family members are really overweight and i'm the only one who seems to care about that and have been able to keep a decent weight. i'm happy with my weight and muscle gains. i'm just trying to look as cut as possible and nothing seems to work for that? could it be that it's not possible due to my metabolism type or something like that? i'm just looking for help and suggestions, not insults. but thanks for the honesty anyway once again.

Dude, I'm not trying to insult you. Here is the deal. You might think that your diet is good, and you may even be convinced that your diet is good but obviously it is not. Post your diet exactly the way going4ripper told you to and then we will help you out with what you are doing right or wrong. Make sure that you include your current stats and be very honest. It won't work if you are not honest and our advice is useless if you are not honest. Height, weight, BF% and pictures so we can estimate it for you is what we need. You want help? Then do what we ask.

    Here is an example....

ok. i'll do that. i don't have any pictures available but i'll take care of that first thing in the morning.
    Height: 5'7
Weight: 160lbs (weighed 3 days ago)
BF%: I have never known that about me in my life and was wondering how to find that out.
My diet right now consists of:
8 am: 1 scoop of whey protein ( in the blender with a glass of milk and a banana)
12pm: salad (lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, boiled eggs, no dressing just vinegar and salt very little)
5pm: grilled chicken, rice and beans (don't eat rice everyday)
9pm: a fruit (banana, apple or whatever i have at hand)

i know it probably sounds like a horrible diet and probably is but i've tried so many that i decided maybe starving myself would do the job now but it's really not. i just seem to have lost a LOT of strength when lifting weights. I used to eat a lot but nothing like burgers and sodas or stuff like that. Always a lot of chicken and fish but lots of red meat as well. Being from a brazilian background the rice and beans were always present. The variety was always incredible but actual FOOD if you know what i mean. never was a fan of fast food, chips and sweets or crap like that. always food usually considered healthy but i guess it wasn't the proper diet for the results i want. i'm sry u have to put up with this but i always got so many opinions from people that i was really confused and now i guess i found the right people to ask. thanks for the patience.
And since i'm being honest i've been noticing that my sperm count has been really low. libido if fine and i have no problems in the bedroom (but i do seem to take a lot longer to achieve an orgasm, which i didn't think was a problem) and when i do not a lot comes out.
this is all that's been happening. can't be more honest than that ( not that i was telling lies) but this is as specific as i can get. sry again but i'm new to the whole forum world as well

take it form a CFNS that that diet is. dude, you need 5-7 meals a day! with other 40 grams of protien per meal. dude you probobly be safe at about 3g per pound. your metabolism works well with constant stimulation, i.e eating a lot. you spike your blood sugar levels and than crash them throught that diet. ok first off, morning for breakfast, should have most your carbs, through out the day, lose the carbs. PROTIEN EVERY MEAL! theres so much info out there, and this is just basic, but seriosuly man, get that diet under control, and cut fat.

if you were to go camping 7 days, and borught 12 days of food, youd eat more right? if oyu went camping for 7 days, and brought 3 days, youd eat less? its like your metabolism, you stimulate it by giving it food, not STARVING YOUR BODY BREAKING IT DOWN INTO A CATABOLIC STATE!

if diets that damn hard, than go to a nutritionist and get a diet plan.

i just want to look as cut and lean as possible. and i'm sry about the body fat but i've just never been asked or even have thought about that. i know it sounds crazy but i guess in the beggining i wasn't as concerned as i am now with looking lean. i always took lifting serious but it just seems like i got to a certain point and got stuck there no matter how hard i work and how much i diet. it seems to me like no matter how much i change my routines or how much i increase or decrease the amount of weight and reps in my workout it just makes no difference.

    i usually do
    Mon - Chest + Triceps
    Tue - Back + Biceps
    Wed - Shoulders + Traps + Legs
    Thu - Start over
    Sun - Rest

But i have done different routines in the past as well such as 3 times a week and other routines i have come across

Right now its going to be all about diet. I don't recommend you run anymore cycles until you have your diet and training down for a while (at the very least a year).

You will be amazed at the gains you will have (in this case being the weight loss) with just a proper cutting diet. Would you like to see my cutting diet that I had set up with Phate, a very well respected diet guru here?

thanks for the help by the way

    How about cardio?
And IMO although im not a BB'er per say (some might disagree) id take Thurs OFF and maybe even Fri depending on diet and cycle situation, then start over.

If you're working out and nothing is happening its 100% diet IMO whether you want to believe that or not its the truth. You can lose weight with proper diet and get more lean without even hitting weights. No im not telling you to do that just sayin..

i see. you make a lot of sense but would that compromise my muscle gain so far? i really want to lose just fat without losing muscles. is that possible? i forgot to mention i do cardio for about 20 min before working out and another 20 min after. i haven't been able to do any cardio the past month because i fractured my ankle but i've still been hitting the weights

man, its all about QUALITY food, if your eatin doritos for your carbs, and greasy fried chicken, than no way man. i didnt mean to say damn sorry. yeah diets like 85 percent? like im cutting now(im natural but im reading up for when i do do this stuff) and just by tweaking my diet slightly, and slowly tweaking it week to week, i got rid of a lot of fat. and! and yes theres an and! kept my lean mass!

so like GOINGFORRIPPED has some sick stuff to say, and his input is always somthing good. listen to him i dont think he will lead you wrong.

make sure you get your healthy fats. if you wanna take something, turn to supplemtns. like a NO product, and maybe some bcaa's or somthing.

its really hard to lose fat and keep muscle, really really hard. i think its impossible without a little help from the AAS, but do your diet and itll help. you might wanna try HIT(high intensity volume) for your workouts.

i've always stayed away from that kind of nasty food. i actually feel horrible physically and my conscience bothers me if i eat stuff like that hehe. but anyway i take a whey protein shake once a day, black powder before working out and i'm trying lipo-6 right now.

I mean i think your cycle is jacked but since you said you're not having any sides stick with it but you need to really take a look at your diet like someone else suggested. If you're main goal is to get lean and cut you need to do more cardio or at least increase the duration like 45-60mins a.m. then lift at night followed by 30mins ya know.
Really though i cant say it enough...diet diet diet

If you're eating like a bird and lifting as much as you say you are you're prolly reached the point of overtraining and you're body is in starvation mode and holding onto fat store. Learn diet........diet

if u want to get lean muscle while looking as cut as possible u need to use certain anabolics like anavar, stanazol, decca, premabolon etc, plus some glenbuterol.u will still get big and fully cut up as well.remember to also have a lean diet and u will definetily get ur results

Your problem is 100% diet with what you are eating you will lose weight but you will also lose muscle since your training and are not eating enough protein to repair the damage your doing, thats the main reason for the soft look, Dont give up though your in the right place to get a proper diet in place and get that hard ripped look. Also test will give you water retention on your face but it will go away after you come off. good luck

I'm sure you know that this diet may not be for you.

    At my stats:
    6'
    220lbs
    11% BF

and my current cycle, this was the best diet for what my goals were (I was trying to loose 1 - 2% BF).

But, it gives you an idea of what your diet should be looking like for cutting. And remember, a lot of people like to supplement in protein shakes in place of meals, but that is not as good as it sounds. You need real food and the macros that come with them.

i've been working on putting a diet together for me today and once my cycle is done i'm gonna concentrate on dieting and cardio only. i was also thinking of lowering the weights and doing more reps. is that something that could help? and should i also try to add some clen to my workout?
