I returned to lifting this week after 6weeks off with a broken finger. Obviously i'm keen to get back to where iw as before the broken finger, and am being a bit impatient. I knew that i wouldn't be able to lift as heavy or do as many reps as i was doing 6 weeks ago, but i have been trying to anyway. Yeah stupid mistake i know.
I noticed after my bi's workout yesterday, and even more so after my shoulder workout this morning that the tendon on the inside of my arm that runs from my bicep down to my forearm is very sore. Is there anything you guys can recommend, other than stop being irresponsible and in too much of a hurry to get to where i was before the broken finger? Like ice, massage, some sort of light stretching for it. What do you guys think.
