As some of you know I'm a Military guy.
I've been training up for something big and I've been losing tons of weight (lots of muscle, some fat) but it's necessary for what I'm doing.
Next month I'm going to go through a month long course that will destroy me completely. I've already dropped down from 200 to 185-190ish and I'm expecting to hit around 175-180 by the time I'm done with this madness.
When I finish I'm expecting to be extremely low in BF, maybe 4-5% I'm already pretty low around 8%.
Now my dilemma, I want to jump on a cycle after this whole mess to help get myself back to where I should be. Not immediately maybe a month or so after. I'm thinking that since I'll be extremely lean it will be a perfect time to work on strength, endurance and lean body mass. My goal as always is to be physically fit and have a good working body over just looks.
Cycle will be test only 500mg, don't see a need to add anything for size since it's counterproductive to my goals.
What do you gents think?

Physically fit for approx 12 years, have been an athlete, body builder, martial artist and a Soldier. Carry certifications and licenses in nutrition and physical fitness.
Never did a real cycle.
