    sup lookin to get leaner

    diet is there eat small meals though out the day high in protein, low carbs, low fat, work out is there 5 days a week mostly cross fit and cardio i have consistently been cutting down 2-3 lbs a week but i have been stuck at the 195 mark for the last 2 months sitting at 14 % body fat, 5'9'' built like a brick just cant get the definition that i want any help would be awesome cant work out any more uncle sam keeps me way to busy. thanks agian

    thanks for the advice T-MOS there is some helpfull stuff i will incorporate into my plan i am not looking to drop all 20 lbs id like in one week just a little booster to help me along is there anything you have changed in one of you cycles to cut that helped you? never done steroids before but i am considering

    Dont rush into steroids. Keep reading, and learning. Youll get a ton of great info on here.
    Im currently doing my first cycle, but I read, and studied for a long time before jumping into it. You can get amazing results from a clean diet.

    Watch the heart rate on your cardio . Adjust .

    If not back off cardio for a week or two .

    If body is adapted to current routine , you may have to modify what your doing .

    If calories are right and no change , reduce 100 or 200 calories .
    Swap proteins for carbs or complex carbs for fruit .
    Check salt consumption ?
    Consume extra water through out day ?
    Several approaches available .

    You know your body best , simple adjustments can make a difference .
