diet is there eat small meals though out the day high in protein, low carbs, low fat, work out is there 5 days a week mostly cross fit and cardio i have consistently been cutting down 2-3 lbs a week but i have been stuck at the 195 mark for the last 2 months sitting at 14 % body fat, 5'9'' built like a brick just cant get the definition that i want any help would be awesome cant work out any more uncle sam keeps me way to busy. thanks agian
