sup guys i stoped posting awhile ago and i need advice
im 5'11 23 years old 150lbs yikes right but im lean as hell metabolism like a worm is in me eating it all i did take a ph a long time ago i reached 165lbs and and lost it all in like 2 months horrible i was mad as hell thing is what ever i eat wont stick so any suggestions on what sups would be ideal for bulking
i wanna do test i have access to it so please guide me as you will
