21 year old from Northern Ireland, have a rugby, boxin and ju-jitsu background. the plan is to lose weight then try packin on the lean muscle, so far everyone seems to agree the best thing is to get the diet and cardio stuff sorted before i think about gear. been on this site solid for last few days and amazin how much ive learnt from u lot already, great site!
