Hi, I've been cruising the forum for a while and wanted to say hi to all. I'm 31 years old, 5'9". I've been dieting for 8 weeks and I'm down from 203lbs 21 percent BF to 181lbs I've since hired a nutritionist 3 weeks ago and have been on a strict diet and workout routine. I've lost 6 percent BF and my weight is at 186. I'm looking to educate myself and put in the hard work to acheive my goals. With diet, exercise, and gear. But I want to be at 10 percent BF or less before I consider any gear. I'm excited to learn. Thanks
