19 235 6'4 19-20%BF cutting atm
im sure if you have read my post you know im in the army already. but anyways i have some trouble getting in my 10AM meal because we are always doing something around that time. i need some easy with like 40-50protein and 40-50carbs around 10AM to stay within my diet. any ideas on meal replacement bars or something really easy and fast. i dont really want to pocket some chicken breast and whip that out in the middle of work any start eating it. any ideas??
