    My MACROS for the day...

    26/6ft/195lb/ 10% bf/ 8 years in gym

    im on week 9 of 12 of my first cycle(test c). here's my macros for the day. a 9 out of ten for a eating scale for me. Ill post the whole diet when i have time. please tell me what you think.



    protein /408

    carbs /533

    Fat /168

    sat fat /27

    calories /5222

    what's your bmr/tdee??

    also, i hgihly believe your overdoing it.. but i'll save all that for when you post up your detailed diet..

    Not only macros, but timing and quality of food are important too.

    thanks for the replies first off. " over doing it"? didnt think i would hear that. its all high quality i promise you this. ill get the whole diet up later this week after i have a few more days logged

    timing

    10am meal

    1130 weight gainer

    cardio

    1pm meal 2

    3pm meal 3

    530 meal 4

    630 pre work out meal (good carbs)

    workout

    8 pwo shake

    930 meal 5

    1130 meal 6 (low carb)

    1230 weight gainer

    Couple things already, you are having a Weight Gainer at 1130 doing cardio and then eating again at 1300? Between 1130 and 2130 you are having 7 meals in 10 hours? You should post a pic, I would be impressed if you were holding 10%bf consuming this much food.

    well here's some fresh pics. I was thinking i was around 10%. always had a super fast metabolism and stayed extra lean. but maybe im more like 35-40% bf

    as far as having 7 meals in ten hours... do you really consider a protein shake a meal? thanks for the info

    You have a nice look to you, I think you a closer to 12% but still fairly lean. As far as a protein shake counting as a meal, to me anytime you take in a few hundred calories it counts as a meal. Just cause you drink the calories doesnt mean you cant end up wearing them around the midsection.

    Why don't you do cardio on empty stomach?
    I wouldn't do cardio or do it minimal and eat less. Weigth gainer before going to bed isn't the best choice.

    last year i posted a diet on here that was 3800 cals a day. some big ass dude(with 55million post hallafamer blablabla) laughed at me and said he takes in 5k not on gear and 65 on. he told me to shoot for 55-6k with my height and goal considered. so thats what i have been doing. with good results.

    why would i do cardio on an empty stomach? I need the cals and it dosent bother me... i do cardio more to be healthy and to stay conditioned. so i really wouldn't want to cut it out

    I take a weight gainer before bed because i am trying to gain weight.

    obviously im not having a problem with it being stored as fat as some might.

    man im just edgy today

    im gonna go rail my GF.lol

    Weigth gainer has yoo much carb before going to bed, but you obviously seem to know all.

    not saying i know everything at all. but what i do KNOW is that everyone responds diff to diff stuff. i eat carbs before bed, ill sometimes wake up and eat some go back to bed(not real uncommon in the world off BB). it doesnt seem to effect me negatively. maybe it does you kilmax. maybe your the one that thinks they know everything there good buddy. wheres your pic. then well talk. haha
