Thumbs up Ciao to Everyone from Italy

Hello guys, I am here to share my experiences and hopefully to receive good advices from all of you.
Lastly, I decided to run a cycle to get some more clean muscles avoiding to get too big and heavy since I am a martial artist and weight for me is an issue.
These are my stats: 6'1.5 feet, 198 pounds, 10% BF, 35yo
I would like to reach 100Kg of body weight (220 pounds) and see if I can still fight in a proper way.
I am about to finish my studying regarding bulking and PCT and in the next days I'll post a thread.
Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

    Ciao,

"6'1.5 feet, 198 pounds, 10% ", put 20 pounds of lean beef on this body and as a figher you will be heavy and bulky.
IMO, Var for a fighter, good strengh gains with lean beef, also good on the joints...maybe not 20 pounds in a cycle, but may pick up and keep 8 to 12 pounds. See how you move and feel with that extra weight and power.
    Good luck.

    Peace

    Terraj
