Hi,
I am 32, 5,9 tall from the UK and have done sports and used weights all my adult life, but never get over 150lbs.
It's not because I don't eat correctly - I know exactly how many kcal, carbs, protein etc I consume - I have a spreadsheet which works it out and eating more doesn't work. I also track all the exercises I do, sets, reps, weight and I vary the exercises so my body doesn't become used to the routine.
My natural weight if I didn't do weights/sport was probably around 130lbs - very skinny, so I think I have just reached a limit where I'm not designed to go any heavier by natural means.
So I have decided I would like to do a cycle in order to put on another 10lbs. Then I will be happy to just maintain that level naturally.
I am looking for advice on what to take. I downloaded Fedski's cycle planner but it has 6 different substances on there and doesn't specify how much of each and at what intervals to take them.
Please don't tell me that I need to eat more or train harder - I have tried this for years and just reached a natural limit.
If anyone could give me advice on what a safe (as much as it ever can be) first cycle should be, I would be very grateful.
Cheers
