    Exclamation Researched, Now Ready for Gear.

    I am 21 and was a highschool football star. I ate over 4000+cals a day and hit the weight room everyday. I now work in STL, and sit at a desk all day. I havent lifted since highschool but recently started up 3 months ago. I am not gaining weight. I weigh 50 pounds less than I did my senior year of high. I have a high metabolism but cant gain weight. I will respect some true honest advice from anyone who has it. Thanks

    good advice: if your test levels are normal and you cannot gain weight go to the diet section.

    Better advice: go to the diet section

    spend the money on food.

    At your age you run the risk of damaging your HPTA and fusing your growth plates.

    You have only just got back in the gym so you need to work hard for at least 2/3 years and if you could post your diet that would help...

    And sorry that 3 is supposed to be an 8. I have been in the gym lifting with my partner since the beggining of the year. I have the experience. I am not worried about my growth plates. I dont need advice to not use gear. I need the advice I asked for specifically. If you dont have it, dont comment. It will save us all time.

    My diet is solid. I consume around 3500 calories. Meat/Pasta my main intake, some greens ...I know what it takes to gain weight, I just am wanting to gain it a little faster ..

    hey dude, run Deca for 22 weeks and just get some nolvadex for pct, you'll be fine!

    i would like to see this diet in detail, from my experience most people think their diet is amazing when in fact it is subpar

    Dude I am sure you had to start out somewhere correct?! Take yourself back to that time, and did you know anything about anything, other than the fact that you want to start bettering your body?! Now that youre somewhat remembering how it was, I would appreciate if you would give me some REAL help, or just stay the **** out of this.

    Firstly, what are your goals?

    Second, there are stickies posted all over the boards.

    The very first cycle a beginner should use is a Test Enenthate cycle at 500mg/ week, for 10-12 weeks.

    The rest will be answered.

    I will more or less say the problem is within your diet, you need to get this in order before doing anything, also you need to get some hardwork under your belt and do some training, 3 months is nothing when we are talking about building muscle tissue. I wouldnt even think about gear, this will create more problems for you down the road, you have the highest amount of Test naturally so use it and dont shut it down unless you not bothered about damage to your own hormonal system.

    14oz of steak is too much for your body to assimilate in one sitting and thus is pointless, lasanga and alfredo are processed carbs and filled with cheese, cream, etc... again, they have no place in a bodybuilding diet

    Guys, I am not worried about damage, I have been lifting for around 7 to 8 months (since Jan) and havent gained over 2 1/2 pounds. I am wanting to gain some more weight and being perfectly honest with you, strength as well. I am not wanting to look anything like Jay Cutler , just a smaller version of Randy Orton. I have no knowledge of a gear giver in my area, and have turned to this website. Almost need personal help, since I cant discuss my tru wants and needs on here.

    These need looking at because if you cant gain at your age these areas are to blame IMHO, you dont care about damage tells me alot and thinking that your goals can be achieved in an injection or pill is comepletely the wrong direction to go in, i am guessing your waiting for someone to tell you what you want to hear, instead of someone telling whats right!

    Your diet is NOT solid if you are only 165 lbs. The best advise is visit the diet section and learn to eat for another couple years. You are NOT ready for gear for many reasons that have been stated.
