i shook my CJC-1295 bottle to mix

i just read somewhere that if you shake the bottle of HGH to mix it it will ruin it.. is that also true for cjc. cause i shook mine, i was wondering if i waisted it or should i still use it

I'm not sure if you ruined it but it's possible. Cjc is still just a chain of amino acids like hgh. You should always mix your peptides gently. Also, let your cjc settle for 24 hours after you reconstitute it before you use it.
