    what's a good belt to use for training?

    what's a good belt to use for deads and squats for everyday training. ive been training for 6 years without one.

    When really sore, i like the wider belt. Especially for abdominal support. Here's a great site where i got mines from. http://www.prowriststraps.com/weight...t_workout_belt

    how would you compare the inzer, titan and elitefts belt to apt's?

    also, one prong or two? lever or no lever? 10mm or 13mm?

    None Training with a belt is not good let the core muscles adapt to the heavier weights only use it when tuning up for a meet in the last couple of weeks

    damn I need to get a dipping belt, it's ALWAYS SOMETHING!!!!
