    Hello

    Hello all I just registered to this forum my friend told me about it the other day so I joined. My name is Matt and I live in Orlando, FL. I am a certified personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach. I have been resistance training for eleven years. I look forward to meeting other members! Thanks!
