need a good triceps and biceps workout
CANNOT EXCEED 5-6 sets for each muscle group purely becuase i overtrain if i go higher
also what do u think of my chest workout?
3 sets dumbell press
2 sets decline press
2 sets incline press
any tips on which exercise i should drop, and a new one to replace it with?
PLEASE NO WORKOUTS WITH 9-12 sets, doesnt work for me
