Ok Well I have read that you do not have to rest as much if your cycling
So I am doing a 10 week cycle
1-6 week Epi 40
1-6 week H-drol 50
7-10 week Nolvadex 40, 20, 20, 20
I workout on
Mon - Chest and Bi (Abs)
Tues - Legs
Wed - off
Thurs - Shoulders and Tri's (Abs)
Friday - Back
With running two miles everynight 5 days a week
So can I bump my working out up or do I need to stay the course
