any one have any imput on women looking to take Var? not as a bodybuilder to put on lots of muscle but to lose weight and tone up. If not Var than what do u suggest for women looking to do this.

Var is probably the best for women.... 5-10mgs a day is more than enough.. Any more and sides will increase.
