I'm ending my first week of this cycle. I havent started the tren a yet (will wait til week for for that).
I dont know if its placebo effect or just pure enthusiasm, but I felt really good in the gym last week.
I do DC training so I'm constantly trying to beat my log book as far as weights and reps go. It will be 2 more weeks before I see how much stronger I am on the lifts I did last week when I come back around to them in my rotation.
I will post more about the up coming week in the gym as it unfolds.
