Ok...
Because i have trouble putting on weight, i have been advised by others on this sit that i should try a dirty bulk...
Does this mean eat anything and a lot of it or are there still guidelines on what not to eat?

A dirty bulk usually implies eating anything and everything. Not something I would personally recommend unless you are an underweight offensive lineman or something of that nature.
no i am under weight...thats why ive been advised to do this because i rele can afford to put a bit of fat on...
are fried foods alright?

hey fireguy....is your new sig refering to firefighters who lost there lives in 911 terror attacks?
A dirty bulk can be as clean or dirty as you like. as long as you keep an eye on your bodyfat
My dirty bulks include Pasta, steaks, peanut butter, even pizza occasionally
But I still try to watch the saturated fats, fried foods, excess processed foods, too much butter
Just be reasonable
Eat every TWO hours !!! thats right TWO hours !!! and you will get the extra calories in
dirty bulk could be stretched as much as the person wants to.. IMO you can cleanly bulk and even cut with pasta and peanut butter.. 1st in moderation.. 2nd with timing
IMO, from the way my bulking has been going, when I hit a rough snag, I've been replacing one of my poultry meals a day with ground beef and having a potato rather than rice.
So for instance I have 6 meals and one is GBeef daily. If I haven't seen gains or am just trying to bulk up 'dirty' more... I make it 2 meals a day of Ground beef for a week.
In your case just try having 2 meals of ground beef (at least 8oz's each meal) with a baked potato. My 2cents.
I would do a list of healthy food i like to eat and plan the timing and number and kind of meals; then i would not look at the quantities (eat as much u can).
sorry no need for dirty bulk in my opinion.
it doesnt matter how hard it is for you put on weight, done the right way you will put on clean solid weight.
you just need to have a very good diet, great training, planning and timing of all your food to perfection and you will gain some good weight.
