    Online BF% test

Hey guys i was hoping some of you that know your current BF% could check this site out and let me know how accurate it is. It's an online BF% calculater using waist, wrist, forearm etc measurements along with current age height and weight.

    http://www.healthcentral.com/cholest...-2774-143.html

It said i am at 15% but i feel a bit more than this, anyone willing to give it a go and share their results and how accurate they are to capiler tests.

On the site it's written that the test isn't accurate for fit people: they can have 5% less than the test result (13-8,4=4,6). For bbuilders plicometre is the best.

elec readers are a good measure but not accurate and depends on time of day and can change considerably for bodybuilders ans athelets due to changing amounts of water and tissue density in the body
