Just wanted to come by and say hello. Have been a member on the forum for a few months but just for reading and education. Im really researching for the safest and most effective way to lose weight and build muscle. Right now I am currently working overseas contracting and come to the realization that I need to improve my health. After being in the emergency services field for the last 19 years all those late night meals while on duty have really done their worst.
Honestly I havent done a lot of body building in the past once i got out of h.s. but have decided its time to start doing something for myself. Hope to get a lot of good information off of this site. Need to really do a lot reading to get the right diet and weight program for a beginner. Realistically I would like to be around 12-15% BF by November/December. Right now I believe i am around 21-22%. Weigh about 216 lbs on a 5'10" frame. Already lost about 20 lbs so im on my way. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
