    Talking Hello

    Hey everybody;

    Like my name says it, i'm stoked to change my body;

    I'm 20 will be 21 in december, 5'11, 210pounds and maybe 18-20%BF;
    I don't really remember when I srtarted reading the forums here.. But my goal was to get pumped on steroids and I was thinking, like the other newbies, that steroids are magic pills and needles that make your body change by magic..? lol

    That goal has changed... I watched the very popular videos about nutrition (i'm sure you know what i'm talking about) and i've been watching people get flamed and f*ck their bodies up by filling their bodies with things that they had no idea about..

    Okay so my goal :
    1)I'm working on a cutting diet right now that would suit me -> get the fat out .. and have the right things in my blood for the workouts..

    2)i bought a bottle of m-drol and lol I'm laughing at myself now because I basically trew the money in the air by doing that.. i'm not touching it for maybe 2 years... if ever lol I learned that doing steroids before reaching atleast 230pnds and 10% bf won't do as much as if I would and people say I wont keep anything basically... AND ALL YOU NEWBIES PLZ DONT F*ck with steroids before reaching some kind of plateau..

    3)In 2 years do a basic testE cycle.. (usual 250 every 3.5 days that everybody recommends here)

    I'm thinking about either Clen or an ECA stack to ASSIST my weight loss... not sure yet but time and people on the forum will help me decide..


    I just want to say that this forum is the best out there... everybody else is just stuffing your throat with like their own products which are SHIT..
    People here are amazing and the knowledge you can get is fabulous ...


    I did a lot of homework but am assured that I havent even touch the begginning lol...
    I will be posting my diet and macros as soon as I get it done hopefully today..

    Glad I could help....

    at 5'11, you only need to get to about 210 with bodyfat UNDER 15%

    but I am happy to see you have a VERY mature attitude and are willing to do the work to do this correctly

    check out the diet section , we have some great guys there that will be happy to help get you to your goals, then when its time, we can help with your cycle.

    Everything I know I owe it to this forum and you guys...
    And the motivation this place gave me... I never had so much of it...!!!

    Edit : My diet is ready I just need to calculate the macros
    I'm excited to get some of that JamyJam's fancy feedback This guy always takes the time to read posts and is not lazy to give so much amazing info.. Thanks for that Jamy and I will be asking for your service pretty soon !!!
