I am 43 years old, weight 108kg and stand 185 cm. Living the full lifestyle for 1 year now, am on 350gms of good protein a day, walk 3 mornings a week for 1 hour, lift weights for another three, have one morning off.
I am on my 2nd cycle, am pinning 500mg of sus 250 pw, 400mg of decca pw and 50mg of dianabol pd.
My first cycle was just 500mg of sus 250 pw for 16 weeks. Normal pct.
I am loving this stuff, the roids, how they make me feel and how much I am enjoying lifting and living right now. All good.
Anyway I am hoping to spend a bit of time on the 40+ forum so this is just as an introduction.
