Alright well I have heard from some people that dbol gives a better effect if taken in one dosage instead of spreading it through out the day. So say I am taking 8 tabs a day (5mg each), some will say take it all at once 2 hours before workouts, and some like to take 3 to 2 tabs every 6 hours or so. Have you guys tried taking dbol all at once? If so, what type of results did you get? Does anyone think this method gives better gains?
