How many times should I work my abs each week, for best results?
And how many sets?
Lately I've just started doing 3 sets/day, 4 days a week
Is this too much, too little?
ALSO
How many times a week should I be working my torso?
and how many sets?
Such as being on an incline and lifting a dumbbell held in my hand, using my torso to pull my body upwards (pulling with my left side or with my right side)... or maybe doing those bicycle crunches i see people doing
