when loseing Body fat......what is a good amount percentage wise to lose in 8weeks while keeping weight the same?
On order to lose bodyfat, but stay the same weight you would have to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Which is very very hard to do. It also depends on how low you already are, The higher the bodyfat they easier it is to lose it and vice versa. BUT for that average person its 2lbs a week, so about 5%-8% I would say, thats just a very generalized approach.
