Want to Know everyones thoughts on Facebook, Myspace & Twitter

If you ask me, they are a waste of time and energy! I have had Myspace and just let if flop cause i hated it! Facebook Seems like an OK way to get back in touch with old friends but there are too many "causes" and "requests" etc.etc.. Twitter , never been there, and do not even care to.
What do you guys think? I would rather spend my time on here learning/Helping than trying to be a social butterfly

Never had MySpace, Twitter looks like its for self absorbed arseholes but I do have Facebook!

It's quite fun, and a good way of staying in contact with people, messaging them, but it has the potential to get you into loads of trouble!

I think people depend on Facebook too much for important shit. It's great to congregate and shit, keep in touch with people as mentioned. However, WTF ever happened to a good ole fashioned e-mail or god forbid REAL hand written letter... sent to an actual Fing address.

Facebook, Mysapce and Twitter - those specific types of online communities are aight, but kinda freaky in a way with all the information that's available.

I don't use them personally... guess im not "hip"... Maybe good for gettin laid etc or whatever but you could catch digital herpes if you F around on myspace too long.

Facebook is great for networking. I have never used the others but Facebook has been good for me to keep in touch with old friends and making new friends at my work. I work for a big organization so it's a good way to talk to people at work when I don't see them during work hours.

myspace has too many ads and too many e-whore/webcam chick friend requests that don't get filtered out.....i like FB, i've gotten back in touch with alot of my old army buddies and friends from high school that have moved across the country......Twitter i refuse to use....it's for rich and famous people to feel like they have more of a following than they already do to stroke their hollywood egos even more.....normal and poor people hate twitter.......most people i know prefer facebook over all the others

The only one i use is Facebook. Myspace always seemed juvenile to me, and I have no idea why anyone uses Twitter. Who cares what somebody is doing every hour of the day

I have a myspace page. My daughter set it up about 4 years ago. She's 16 now.

    Rather help out here.

Belong to some technical mechanic forums.

    But only post questions mostly.

All of it, facebook, twitter, myspace, can't be bothered with.

Good, I am not the only one that thinks other than for a d=few things, Those forms of media should stop being used once you turn 16! I wish i was the guy who sold face book for 600million but other than that I do not want to "be that guy"

Disconnected the facebook account cause it was causing too much drama and waste a load of time.

Myspace, unless your 15 the only reason I have it is to check out new music... Some are die hard Myspace users.

Twitter if you have the right following/followers it's the most amazing thing. Though, you gotta give a go and warm up to it. The key to Twitter is to not "tweet" about every second of your life. It's replaced the morning paper for me. Amazing comunication outlet.

Used to be really socially conected but training takes a huge cut into the social life. Now social events are wrapped up with training etc... Guess facebook could be the glue to the socialite that trains hard also...

    I'm 30

I use Myspace to keep in contact with family and a select few friends. It keeps me in touch with the people that I care about without actually having to speak to them. lol I dont see a problem with it.

I also don't understand how it can cause drama in a persons lovelife. Anyone care to clue me in?
